Helping us with our mission to avoid all food waste at the farm, Gina freeze dries any food that is not sold fresh to customers or donated to our local food pantry. With the addition of freeze dried mushrooms, microgreens, and field produce in our market, customers can enjoy Tripping Gnome products all year long!
