In this hands-on experience, Chef Chris Toy will be teaching participants how to make their own pasta with a twist - the flavor for the dish will be infused into the pasta dough itself using our flavor-packed freeze-dried farm produce. We are planning a medley of 3 flavor-infused pastas - mushroom, basil, and tomato - and they will all be topped with an amazing sauce made from our cherry tomatoes and garlic.
Our annual holiday market returns on December 12th with many returning favorite vendors and some new friends as well. Come by for some fun, good cheer, and to get all of your holiday shopping done in one spot. Drop in anytime between 4-7. The market will be held in both our Guest House and Turf House and as usual, we will be offering hot beverages and free s'mores.
